Health Assessments

Struggling to figure out how best to approach your health issue? Feeling lost or overwhelmed, or just unsure what service may most suit your needs? Why not come in to meet one of our qualified nurse practitioners 

for a Health Assessment. This will give you the opportunity to talk through your symptoms with an experienced health practitioner who will listen and understand your problem from all angles and advise you on your best course of action.

A Holistic Health Assessment will explore your general health and any issues you may be experiencing and


then recommend the appropriate therapy to suit your needs.

A Pain Assessment will explore your pain history, measure your pain, review your medication and establish the impact pain is having on your mobility and ability to function. You will then be recommended the therapy(ies) that will give you the most pain relief.


Food Sensitivity Assessment (includes an intolerance test if indicated)

Think you may have some food sensitivities or intolerances? Book in for a 'food sensitivity assessment' then get tested and have follow-up support with how to best manage any food sensitivities. Your appointment will consist of an initial health assessment to ensure an intolerance test is indicated, if it is not you may be offered an alternative, more suitable treatment. 

Test price depends on the lab fee on the day of testing so is variable. 


Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Sports Massage works on specific areas that are experiencing pain or injury, this treatment is particularly recommended for people suffering chronic or acute pain, loss of range of movement or any other symptom from new or old injuries.​ It can help in the recovery of injury to soft tissue, improving performance and alleviating pain.

Deep Tissue Massage has a milder more generalised approach than Sports Massage whilst still maintaining the same depth and pressure. It is aimed at calming symptoms and stress response and providing a level of relaxation that can help with pain and dysfunction.


Holistic Massage

Holistic Massage is designed to facilitate a sense of deep relaxation reducing stress, anxiety and clearing general aches and pains. It can improve sleep, balance the mind and body and improve your general wellbeing. 

This massage uses a range of massage techniques that are completely tailored to your individual needs.


Sports and Musculoskeletal Therapy

Sports Therapy is for anybody who has new or existing injuries or is suffering pain and discomfort. It utilises a range of modalities to help you reach your goals; including massage, taping & strapping, exercise prescription and stretching. Your individualised plan will be aimed at improving your mental and physical wellbeing to help you lead a pain free life, so you can carry on doing what you love! Whether that be gardening, running around with your children or playing sports with your local club. 

Acupuncture Session

Acupuncture - Traditional Chinese Medicine

An acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body. Your acupuncturist will prescribe which combination of points is right for you after a detailed consultation covering every aspect of your health and lifestyle, as well as your symptoms.

It can be used for wellbeing as well as chronic conditions such as asthma, tinnitus, long-covid, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraine, sciatica, gut problems, facial palsy, infertility and pain relief.

Therapy Session


Hypnotherapy sessions are available for treatment of a great many issues and are extremely effective for helping clients suffering from trauma, phobias, addiction, anxiety, depression, some causes of illness and pain and much, much more. Whether or not you are a believer in spiritual matters, reincarnation or life after death, this will have no effect on your results!  We are all different, therefore the results for one will always differ from another.

Thai Foot Massage uses a mix of deep massage strokes which work all the way to knee and reflex points using a traditional Thai reflex stick to provide an enjoyable, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience that heals the mind, body. Thai foot massage techniques detoxify and purify the body, helping relieve stress and tension, decrease fatigue, foster good health and mental serenity, and restore balance. 



Reiki is a relaxing healing of the body and emotions. Relieving pain, stress and anxiety promoting a powerful and accelerated healing of any ailments. 

The practitioner uses gentle hand movements on or above the body to channel universal energy to the client, activating the natural healing process of the body and restoring physical and emotional well-being.

Reiki can be given lying down or sitting up. Whichever is most comfortable for the client.

Person-centred counselling provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to a trained professional about your issues and concerns. Your therapist will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others.

Support group

Group Therapy

A safe space for people to share past and present experiences. In these sessions, you will be guided on hypnotic journeys that will focus on healing of mind and body. You will learn how to self regulate emotions, gain a better understanding of yourself and others, and work on resolving inner conflict.

Exercises in mindfulness & holding a safe space to share, grounding & setting healthy boundaries, letting go of Stress, Anxiety, Depression & more.


Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage uses gently applied stretches designed to address muscle imbalances and misalignment within the body whilst being incredibly relaxing. The treatment is carried out without oils or lotions on a comfortable floor mat and you remain fully clothed throughout.

Energy lines, acupressure points, muscles, ligaments and joints are stretched and opened, stimulating flow and encouraging flexibility and mobility leaving you feeling renewed and energised . ​Thai Yoga massage is suitable and adaptable to to most people.

Thai Table Stretch Massage uses the structure and influence of Traditional Thai Massage but is adapted to be performed on a massage table. A combination of pressure point work, compressions and deep stretching is used to release emotional and physical tension in the body, encourage mobility, flexibility and bring the body and mind back into balance.

Cupping Treatment


Cupping has become popular in recent years with athletes and people suffering from acute
and/or chronic pain. This technique places vacuum filled cups to identified areas of the body.
It increases blood circulation relieving muscle tension, improving overall blood flow and
promoting cell repair. It also helps the body form new connective tissue and blood vessels in
the highlighted area. A session lasts ½ hour and is not painful though you will be left with
round discoloured marks where the cups have been placed which can last a few days.

Yoga Stretches


Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures, positive affirmations, empowering
visualisations and powerful, flowing, dynamic sequences. Classes are tailored to suit all levels and contain a combination of Energy Block Release sequences, graceful yoga sequences, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. Practising this yoga results in increased physical strength and suppleness and emotional stamina and gives us the know how to connect with our inner stillness.
