Jenny Henry
Therapist
Physiotherapist
Jenny is a experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She takes a holistic approach to her treatment, utilising postural assessment, movement analysis and diagnostic tests to inform a whole body treatment approach. She uses a combination of soft tissue and joint mobilisation with acupuncture for pain relief and to facilitate correct movement patterns. Jenny believes strongly in education, ensuring the client goes away with a thorough understanding of their symptoms and how to manage them through prescriptive exercises and life style changes.
Whether you are hoping to manage a long term health condition or return to sport after injury Jenny will be happy to help.
"Jenny is gifted. She is warm, highly qualified yet humble. She seems to see through the skin and has an uncanny knack for going straight to the centre of the niggle! The irritated muscle argues and resigns its battle after massage, an appropriately placed needle or two and/or facia release. I couldn’t recommend her more highly." - Ellie

Helen Horton
Therapist
Person Centred Counsellor
Helen’s path to counselling has been shaped by a lifetime of people focused work. Initially completing an Introduction to Counselling course to help her offer support to staff she was managing, Helen found the course so rewarding that she progressed onto the next two levels, then following redundancy and taking time to contemplate whether counselling was the right path for her, Helen completed a Foundation
Degree in Counselling , and then a BA in Health and Social Care.
Helen works using a Person-Centred approach, offering a warm, empathic space in which clients can explore and challenge their thoughts and feelings and be supported to find their way through life’s difficulties. Helen is interested in how our childhood experiences can impact our later lives and relationships; the complexities of neurodiversity -especially the challenges faced when diagnosed later in life; and in loss and grief, particularly pregnancy and baby loss, which is very prevalent in our society but also very hidden.
Helen understands through her training and her own personal therapy how powerful it can be to feel heard and supported and feels privileged to now be able to offer that supportive space to others.
